Shipping policy

1. How much will it cost to ship my order?

We offer free domestic shipping for standard orders (under 16 oz) to destinations within the United States!

For expedited shipping options, shipping costs will vary depending on the carrier, shipping method, destination, and weight of the package. Please contact our Customer Support Team for this matter. 

2. When will my order ship out? 

Orders will ship out within 1 to 2 business days (Monday thru Friday) from the time of purchase. Please note our warehouse is closed on weekends and USPS holidays.

Order cut-off time is 10:00 AM PST, so any order made after 10:00 AM PST will be considered a next business day order. (Example: If your order is placed on Monday at 1:00 PM PST, it will be considered a Tuesday order.)

Orders that are placed on weekends or holidays will be considered as a next business day order. (Example: If your order is placed on Saturday, it will be considered as a Monday order.)

After your order is shipped out, it usually takes about 2-5 business days to deliver depending on your delivery address. If you don't receive within 7 days after confirmation of shipment from us, please contact our Customer Support Team for more assistance. 

As we are using USPS first class mail as a standard shipping method, please note that this option doesn't have a tracking function. If you prefer tracking function, please choose another shipping method. (USPS first class mail with tracking.)

3. What do I do if I didn't receive my shipment?

If you think that your package is lost or delayed, please contact our Customer Support Team with your order number, and we will review the information to see how we can best assist you. We want to ensure that all our customers receive and enjoy their products, and we will try our best to make that happen. 

Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime.

4. Do you handle an international shipping?

Unfortunately, we are not handling any international shipping during this time and only ship within the USA.

5. I entered the wrong shipping address for my order. Can I still change it?

If your order has not been processed in our shipping system, we may be able to modify your shipping address for you. 

If your order has already been processed for shipment or is already in transit, unfortunately we are not able to modify the shipping address. We kindly recommend that you contact your local post office to arrange for a possible address change or pick-up of the package. If you are unable to receive your package, please contact our Customer Support Team and we will do our best to assist you further.
